Section 3: The Objective

The objective of the TNPL is to send as many QUALIFIED MEMBERS to the EVENT as possible.  Accordingly, the prizes awarded in the TNPL consist of a $1000 entry into any EVENT or $235 Deepstack tournament entries, $185 Deepstack tournament entries.


Section 4: Legal Disclaimers & Restrictions

All members acknowledge:

Unless carried out in abeyance of the law, some activities occurring within the TNPL meet the definition of "gambling" under Colorado Revised Statute, Section 18-10-102 and, therefore, may be illegal.

To maintain legal status, the activities occurring within the TNPL must consist of a “game, wager, or transaction which is incidental to a bona fide social relationship, is participated in by natural persons only, and in which no person is participating, directly or indirectly, in professional gambling.”

No one profits from any TNPL event directly (e.g., raking the pot) or indirectly (e.g., selling items to players).

All MEMBERS have an ownership interest in the FUND as established by the terms of the AGREEMENT.


Section 5: Membership

Any natural persons qualify for membership in the TPL upon (1) being a non-professional gambler, (2) having bona fide social relationship to an existing PLAYER based on some interest other than a gambling activity, (3) contributing a $10 DONATION, there by (4) ratifying and agreeing to abide by the AGREEMENT.
