Section 7: Officers and Authority
The TNPL is run by a president who will appoint a treasurer and a weekly secretary. Each officers responsibilities are outlined in this Section.
A MEMBER each League Season shall act as President, whose responsibility it will be to (1) uphold all rules in the MEMBER AGREEMENT, (2) be the public record keeper by maintaining the website holdemhomegame.com so that all MEMBERS can see all TOURNAMENT POINTS awarded, & amount of donations in the FUND, (3) be the mediator in any disputes, (4) organize and send out the text message each Tuesday alerting all possible players to the location of the Tuesday Night Tournament. A MEMBER each League Season shall be appointed by the president of TNPL to act as treasurer whose responsibility it will be to record and a be accountable for all the DONATIONS collected from each MEMBER each Tuesday all season long creating the FUND. The Treasurer will use the FUND to pay the World Series of Poker $1000 for each seat awarded in the name of each winning QUALIFIED MEMBER at the end of the League season. The system for TOURNAMENT POINTS is as follows:
The TOURNAMENT POINTS structure is based on the total number of beginning $6000 Chip Stacks participating in the TUESDAY NIGHT TOURNAMENT. Each player can only receive a single score each week but can buy-
A MEMBER earns the number of TOURNAMENT POINTS equal to the position he/she is eliminated the first time! from the TUESDAY NIGHT TOURNAMENT. For example, if a MEMBER is the first PLAYER eliminated, that MEMBER shall receive one TOURNAMENT POINT. Similarly, if a MEMBER is the tenth PLAYER eliminated, that MEMBER shall receive ten TOURNAMENT POINTS. The winner of a TUESDAY NIGHT TOURNAMENT, if a MEMBER, shall receive a number of TOURNAMENT POINTS equal to the number of $6000 Chip Stacks that participated evening.

All TUESDAY NIGHT TOURNAMENTS must be played to completion for the purpose of awarding the allotted TOURNAMENT POINTS. If the tournament is not played to the point of a single player holding all chips in play then when a chop occurs the points are awarded by size of chip stacks. Most points goes to the player with the most chips.
No chopping of TOURNAMENT POINTS is allowed!
Cash prizes may be chopped at the discretion of the PLAYERS.
Cash prize structure 1st -
MEMBERS shall only earn TOURNAMENT POINTS after pledging a $10 DONATION to the TNPL prior to the start of a TUESDAY NIGHT TOURNAMENT.
